Need to update your billing details? No problem! Simply log in to your EHG account on our website or app, head over to "My Account", and update your billing information.
You can claim a benefit via the online store within EHG Rewards. There are discounts and gift cards to utilise.
Refunds of goods and services purchased or redeemed via the EHG Rewards platform are at the sole discretion of the retailer/supplier. The T&C's of the offer and supplier are specified on the rewards page.
You can claim your savings as either a discount or gift card on the member rewards platform.
Please check the Terms and Conditions of your eGift card. Expiry dates are specific to each Retailer. All expiry dates and other information about the eGift card can be found when accessing your eGift card details via your mobile phone digital wallet or viewing your gift online.
When you have received your gift via email, follow the below steps to view and store the eGift Card safely in your digital wallet or mobile device. Locate the gift email and click ‘Redeem Gift’ The gift page will load, and you will get access to your gift.
Usually within 24 hours of your purchase but it can sometimes take up to 5 days for your transaction to clear between banks and appear on your Profile.
