Our Mission
Our vision is that all people in Australia achieve their best possible mental health.
We work with the community to improve mental health and make it easier for people to feel better earlier, get well and stay well. For more than 20 years, people in Australia have placed their trust in Beyond Blue and come to us as a reliable source of mental health information, support and hope.
We focus on tackling depression and anxiety – the most common mental health conditions in Australia – and through this we also contribute to suicide prevention. We are Australia’s most well-known, trusted and visited mental health organisation.
How We Help
Every donation will help start a conversation between a trained professional and someone in need.
Funds donated will go towards Beyond Blue’s 24/7 Support Service, which gives every person in Australia the opportunity to talk through their concerns with a trained mental health professional via phone, webchat or email.
People who access the free service receive a brief one-on-one counselling session to address an immediate concern, as well as receive information and advice on continuing to seek support.
