Our Mission
We help Australians with blood cancer.
Leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma – every blood cancer matters to us. We’re here for anyone with any blood cancer, every step of the way.
The Leukaemia Foundation offers wraparound health services, funds leading-edge research and campaigns for change alongside the blood cancer community.
Blood cancer is a difficult opponent and one of the greatest health and social challenges we face.

About 150,000 Australians are living with blood cancer, a number set to almost double by 2035.
Even though 1 in 12 people will be diagnosed with blood cancer in their lifetime, awareness is extremely low.
Blood cancer can’t be screened for. It can strike anyone at any time. And it weighs heaviest on disadvantaged Australians, including those living in regional, rural and remote areas.
How We Help
Health services, research and advocacy.
The Leukaemia Foundation has spent nearly 50 years working with the community to help solve the challenges faced by people with blood cancer. And we’re not stopping until together we reach the day when zero lives are lost to blood cancer.
Our in-house team of trained healthcare professionals provides emotional and practical support to people with blood cancer and their loved ones.
We fund groundbreaking research, translating to life-saving new treatments and rapid access to clinical trials.
We push for better policies and equitable access to treatment and care.
